So, after the confusion of what happened to me at the time I was looking at doing business with them. The owner had gone through the trouble of tracking down my number to give me a call to find out what had happened & try and sort out the situation. Even though I did not do any business with them, as someone who buys a lot of stuff I found this act to be very appreciable and that kind of care I do feel deserves 5 stars. Because a lot of places nowadays would not go through the trouble of tracking down a customer to sort out such a small problem. It tells me they really do listen and care about how their customers think and feel. And because of that, it still keeps me interested in them as a top potential place to purchase a vehicle from, I even keep them marked in my favorites bookmarks.
My apologies to the company for not changing my review as I said I would much sooner. Let it be known this change I decided on my own no incentive was given.

Earlier 2017: Looked over their site for the most part a lot of their vehicles are priced competitively or much lower. The confusion though...applied for financing on one of their vehicles; was called the morning after and was told financing was available for the vehicle in question. However due to the fact I was told the vehicle would not be actually available until the next day, I was not so sure about getting the vehicle then, since i had to go to Pasadena, Tx. (the day the vehicle would be available) to pick up some other vehicles I had purchased. After making arrangements with a friend of mine to pick the vehicles up for me, so I could make the trip to the dealership. I decided to call and see if I could re-attain the finance offering if the vehicle had not already been sold to anyone else. Was then told the vehicle was not a finance vehicle but a cash vehicle. My cell phone records ALL calls with time stamp & number, so yes I can verify this incident.
