One of the quaint requirements of this court for dismissing traffic tickets is to have a current copy of your insurance faxed to the court. That's right ... you have to get your insurance company involved in dismissing a ticket they aren't supposed to know about. Sending a card is not sufficient for the court as they will only accept a fax ... did I mention their fax machine doesn't work? Three days with 24 tries a day during various times has yielded not a single fax going through. Other users have experienced the same issue ... is this the court trying to renig on their legal obligations and raise additional fees? Apparently so.
